The competitor disc will contain the following;
Each and every image that you (the competitor) appears in. Walk ons* Line ups, comparisons, compulsories, (which will include some solo shots), routines*, trophy presentation*Overalls*
* denotes if applicable
Two folders will be on the disc. Each folder will contain the same JPEG images but they will be different sizes and resolution.
The folder named “PRINT” will have all the images that you appear in……..ALL at a high resolution suitable for printing. This is so you can go to a respected print shop to obtain physical prints of and upto approx 10X12inch with no problems. Should you require a “life size” or larger formatted image please contact myself so we can work together on what is required and any additional costs.
The other folder will be “WEB” and this folder will have all the same images as the “PRINT” folder but they are all sized and optimized for easy internet usage and can be put on your own personal facebook page.
Please note-; The images cannot be used on any other facebook or internet site without permission from AMPT imaging. Commercial/for profit use is strictly forbidden.
On your disc as a PDF file will be a copyright licence reference sheet outlining any limitations pertaining to images usage(s).
Also a printed, paper, copy of copyright will be included in postal package.
